We are so delighted to have received so many lovely birthing stories and testimonials from couples who have gone through our natural child-birth Hypnobirthing Courses.

We should not be amazed, (we have seen what great results young mothers achieve time and time again), but Katharine is extremely proud of her growing little army of Hypnobirthing babies.

Dear Katharine,

We have a gorgeous boy called Andrei. He is now 11 weeks. My midwives were great - Odette and Nyree at the Regents Birth Practice - North London.

There’s nothing to it. It was just ordinary.

The baby came out in one hour - just so gently after 12 hours of quiet surges - during which I went to yoga and had a sleep in the park.

Real HypnoBirthing Stories

Larissa, Sunbury

An account of the birth by Larissa, after her HypnoBirthing Course.

"Strong surges were happening about 3 minutes apart from 3pm (I wasn’t expecting to go into labour in the day!) so I called Mark home from work.  A friend picked up my eldest son from school for me.  When Mark got home he was packing a bag for the boys to take with my sister who was going to look after our boys for us.
