It is especially delightful when I recieve birth stories from the Dads. Some of them can be a bit sceptical before the course, but these testimonials are testament to the rewarding journey they go through with the power of Hypnobirthing.
"Thank you again for all your support and the wonderful Hypno-birthing course - we have become strong advocates and have and continue to point many friends and acquaintances in your direction!" Grant

Word is getting outChris was asked by a colleague recently if he had heard of hypnobirthing as his wife was apparently 'forcing him' to do a course and Chris was delighted to say yes. He believes in it so much he is about to be on the front cover of a book on it! Chris said the chap was quite stunned! It's lovely to hear that more and more people are becoming aware of its existence even if they aren't all fully on board yet!
Victoria | It was "intense"Dear Katharine
Lisa and I followed your hypnobirthing seminar over New Year's and I wrote on 3 January to let you know that we thought your seminar was great. Lisa was very much afraid of giving birth and the seminar had a very welcoming, calming and empowering effect on her. We practised relaxation and visualisation exercises nearly every day. I am writing to let you know that three days ago, Lisa gave birth to our beautiful baby boy, Emmanuel.

Kevin | Inspired and happy!Dear Katharine
Just a quick message to thank you warmly, from Sarah and I, for the hypnobirthing seminar we had with you during 31 December and 2 January. It was really informative, balanced, and in my view had the right mix of sciences, experience, common sense and wisdom. So thank you very much for that. We left the seminar inspired and happy – and with lots to think about!
We will certainly be in touch and let you know once our baby has arrived!
Thank you again!
Ian & Sarah | A father's experience of a hypnobirthing and a non-hypnobirthing birthMy wife and I have three children, one hospital born and two subsequent home births using the Hypno-Birthing technique. To say that we have experienced the extremes of child birth would be to put it mildly.
I have seen my wife deliver with both physical and emotional trauma and then have also seen her deliver with a calmness and serenity that defied my previous held belief.

My Wife & I attended Hypnobirthing at Primrose Hill in London with Katharine in 2008. We had a gorgeous baby girl, Shayley, born on her due date 30/04/08, in under 4 hours, with no pain relief!

Rather than being a limited quantity which gets shared across all people to whom you want to give it, there are - in my instance anyway - individual buckets which seem to be endless.

Read More... | John, WimborneJust to let you know that we have a beautiful daughter called Emily Anna. She was born on 16th July at 4.57pm and weighed 7lbs8.5ozs. Apologies for the delay in letting you know but, since Emily’s birth, life has been a bit of a whirlwind. The labour went very well with no medical intervention and Denise gave birth in the water, which was fantastic and what we wanted. Read More... | Sean, BathMy wife got the home birth that she really wanted and she coped with no pain relief, just relying on the HypnoBirthing techniques from your classes. The first significant surges started about 24 hours before the baby made an appearance with the midwives giving an official labour length of 10 hours. Read More... | Chris, WarehamThe thing about HypnoBirthing is that it works Chris | Phil, AndoverIt did work really, really well indeed! Phil | Eric, ThatchamThe baby is healthy, peaceful and feeding well. The staff have been great, and kept remarking how calm we both were. We’d done a deep HypnoBirthing relaxation beforehand.
