We are aware that accommodation in London may be very expensive this summer because of the Olympic Games.

If you need accommodation in the London area for the Hypnobirthing Teacher Training Course in July, please contact us as we have made arrangements with hypnobirthing teachers who can offer B & B in their homes.

Will I be a certificated Hypnobirthing Teacher at the end of the course?

On completion of the course you will be a fully trained and certificated professional Hypnobirthing teacher, able to teach the complete Hypnobirthing antenatal programme.

What does the course fee include and are there any extra costs I will have to factor in (apart from accommodation)?

The course fee includes everything you need to be a Hypnobirthing teacher. It includes the Hypnobirthing book, the course CD, and all the handouts and scripts you need.

What about Insurance?

If you are already a complementary therapist or a healthcare professional you will probably find that you can add hypnobirthing to your existing insurance at no extra charge. If there is a charge, it will only be small. If you do not have insurance at the moment, the cost of insurance for Hypnobirthing will be quite reasonable, and I can suggest some insurers to you who would cover it.

After the course will I be a registered Hypnobirthing Practitioner and if so, what are the benefits of this?

After the course there is an assessment for you to complete which is designed, not to make you jump through hoops, but so that you have had the opportunity to go over the material and are secure within yourself how well you know it. You will then receive your certificate and become a registered Hypnobirthing teacher. This will entitle you to membership of The Hypnobirthing Association which is free for your first year. The benefits are that your name will be listed as a professional Hypnobirthing teacher and you can quote your membership of a professional body on your website, brochures and for insurance purposes.

What is the Hypnobirthing Association?

The Hypnobirthing Association has been set up to be the professional organisation for Hypnobirthing teachers in the UK and internationally. As well as having your name listed as a professional Hypnobirthing teacher, there is a members' area where you can download the resources you need, exchange ideas and experiences with other members in the members' forum, and buy the materials that you need for your courses at the members' rate.
