My baby was born a week early at home on 14th May at 6.01a.m. in 2hrs45mins (first baby) weighing 8lbs5ozs. It was supposed to be a water birth, but we only had time to get about 4ins of water in the pool. My waters broke, and I woke up with strong surges and that was how it stayed throughout. When I phoned the midwife she said things like, ‘Have a bath and try to take some rest’, and she actually arrived 10 mins before George was born. It was lovely. There was no pain. It was incredible. It was just so positive – the whole experience. George is very contented. Nicola

How does Hypnobirthing work?Hypnobirthing is a completely logical and extremely effective tried-and-tested method that lets you discover the joy and magic of birth, and is much more than just self-hypnosis or hypnotherapy. It is deeply relaxing and effective, and allows your mind and your body to work in harmony, the way nature intended. Hypnobirthing is a complete ante-natal course. |

Real HypnoBirthing Stories
The HypnoBirthing course was invaluable in allowing me to keep calm throughout. The experience of being there to see her birth was just magical for us both, and we enjoyed a relaxing time afterwards drinking tea and bonding with the baby.
