I just wanted to let you know that oliver young was born 2 weeks ago today on the 29th january!

the went very well and i was very calm throughout the whole labour which was at home... the midwives even said that when i was listening to your cd they couldnt tell when i was having contractions!

unfortunately there were a few complications at the end as i was in the pushing stage for nearly three hours and my cervix was not dilarting properly - we asked for longer to keep trying but in the end the ventouse was needed but the hypnobirthing techniques also helped to keep me calm at this stae and because 1 had no drugs we returned home that evening with oliver which was much better than staying in hospital.
