The course was just in time as I started contractions two days later! My baby was 7lbs 12.5ozs and born at 2.47am on Saturday morning. Very lucky as all went smoothly and less than five hours! I managed with breathing / visualisation until 5cms, then I went in the water bath and carried on the visualisations until 9cms. Then I had some gas and air. I got out of the pool to push her out. Thank you again for turning my attitude into a positive excited one – from a fearful one. Also the CDs relaxed me so I am sure that helped on the day. The baby is feeding really well, and the midwife said. “You have a very chilled out baby here”. Deborah
