As you would expect, the HypnoBirthing courses are relaxed and enjoyable and provide you with support and confidence up to and beyond the birth of your child. Your husband or birthing partner plays a key role throughout your pregnancy and child birth. Throughout the hypnosis for birth course we will show them how to give you the support you need to make your labour and delivery a loving, shared experience.
