We are delighted to have our new Hypnobirthing relaxation CDs and Hypnobirthing breastfeeding CDs available, and to make it as easy as possible to access these for the widest possible audience we have created both a physical CD that we can mail out to you, and also downloadable hypnobirthing MP3s that you can burn to a CD to play from your stereo, or add to an iPod or MP3 player to listen at your leisure.

Now before you throw up your hands in horror (those of us that are non-tecchies anyway) its quite simple to download and burn the tracks to a normal CD, and also cheaper than us posting you a CD, so we've written some simple instructions here for you to download your Hypnobirthing relaxation tracks and Hypnobirthing breastfeeding tracks.


So here are the steps:

  1. Check that your PC has a CD read / write drive on it.  If it is read only then you can't burn a CD.  You could still listen from your computer or send to an iPod however.
  2. Purchase your Hypnobirthing MP3s from our hypnobirthing shop.
  3. You will be sent a download link for downloading your MP3 tracks.
  4. Come back to the site, and download the MP3s, saving them to your computer's hard drive (My Computers / My Music) is often a good place.
  5. If you don't have a CD burner programme then you can download one for free - popular ones include iTunes, Windows Media Player and Nero.
  6. We will give instructions here for iTunes because we find that easy to use. You can also get detailed instructions for installing and burning with the Windows Media Player and Nero from their web sites.
  7. You can download iTunes from here
  8. Then run the iTunes installation programme on your computer.
  9. Once you have installed iTunes open the programme.
  10. On the top menu select File / Add files to Library
  11. Select your mp3 files and import them into iTunes.
  12. You will see there is now an "Album" in iTunes for artist Katharine Graves.
  13. You need to create a "Playlist" before you can burn a CD.
  14. On the top Menu, select File / New Playlist - then call it whatever you like.
  15. Drag the two hypnobirthing files into this new Playlist.
  16. Finally you are ready to burn your CD.
  17. Put a blank CD-R or CD-RW into your computer's CD drive.
  18. Highlight your playlist (left hand manu in iTunes) and click "Burn CD" (Bottom right of iTunes)
  19. This should be an "Audio CD" if you want to play it in a normal CD player.
  20. All done, listen and enjoy! Please contact us if you have any problems or questions.
