Southbank - St Thomas' Hospital. |
|
Beside Westminster Bridge and just a few minutes' walk from Westminster or Waterloo, St Thomas' Hospital is easily accessable from London and beyond. The training room in this prestigeous London hospital has wonderful views across London, and is quiet and peaceful as well as being so very convenient. It is particularly convenient for the Jubilee, Northern and Bakerloo Lines, and is only a few minutes' walk from Waterloo and Waterloo East stations so is ideal for couples who live in Clapham, Putney, Wimbledon, Bromley, Guildford, Surrey, Kent and the London suburbs. It is also only a short walk across Westminster Bridge from Westminster Station served by the Jubilee, District and Circle Lines. We hold our classes here on Sundays so you can easily park in the roads off Royal Street, just across Lambeth Palace Road from the hospital. Classes are held in the Antenatal Training Room on the 8th Floor of the North Wing. Hospitals can be confusing places, so I would be particularly grateful if you would arrive 15 minutes early so that we can start on time. Tea and coffee are provided in the breaks, and there are cafes and shops in the hospital where you can get lunch. * All couples are welcome, even if you are having your baby at another hospital or at home. * For dates and bookings for your course at St Thomas' Hospital click here. Hypnobirthing is a method allowing mothers to relax, understand, and take control of their own childbirth experience. Thousands of new mothers have enjoyed the birth of their babies with a minimum of intervention, pain, and brought their babies into the world in the best possible way.
So what is it that makes Hypnobirthing so good? Lets just ask the mothers who have done the courses....

She has already put on 5 oz in the first week as she feeds so well! Your techniques for clearing away all the negative images of our previous birth were so effective that nearing the due date I ended up reassuring my husband that everything would be alright as opposed to him having to comfort me!” “I kept telling myself all I would feel is pressure – and it works. That’s all I did feel. What a difference from my first labour.” “My husband (a doctor) is convinced that the contractions were so efficient and fast because I was doing Hypnobirthing." |
