Waterloo - Union Jack Club.
Our Hypnobirthing courses are held in various venues across Central London that are easy to get to.
The Union Jack Club is in a very convenient location between Waterloo and Waterloo East Stations.
The club has pleasant rooms available for our Hypnobirthing sessions, and the transport and parking situation is much easier for couples coming to their birthing classes in Central London. Couples can easily get here from anywhere in London and the surrounds, particularly areas served by the Jubilee, Northern and Bakerloo Lines, and Waterloo and Waterloo East stations. It is particularly straightforward from Clapham, Putney, Wimbledon, Bromley, Guildford, Surrey, Sussex, and the London suburbs.
On Saturday afternoon and Sundays there are no parking restrictions, and on Saturday morning there is metered parking in the nearby streets where it's easy to find a space .
Tea and coffee are provided in the break, and there are plenty of cafes nearby for lunch.

We also run courses at the Light Centre (near Victoria), St Thomas' Hospital (South Bank).
Also please consider our Hypnobirthing Courses near Primrose Hill's Triyoga Centre, for easier access from North London, Hampstead, Camden, St John's Wood etc.
Hypnobirthing is dedicated to helping mothers and fathers have an improved child birth experience, being more in control of the birth process, more relaxed, more able to cope with the physical pressures, and finally but most importantly to enable your baby to be born as healthy and happy as can be.

What Parents are Saying
“Our daughter arrived at 9.07pm after a 2hr 45min labour. She has already put on 5 oz in the first week as she feeds so well! Your techniques for clearing away all the negative images of our previous birth were so effective that nearing the due date I ended up reassuring my husband that everything would be alright as opposed to him having to comfort me!”
“I kept telling myself all I would feel is pressure – and it works. That’s all I did feel. What a difference from my first labour.”
“My husband (a doctor) is convinced that the contractions were so efficient and fast because I was doing Hypnobirthing."
