As a centre for Hypnobirthing, triyoga is ideal. With its desirable location (a quiet close in the heart of Primrose Hill), the building itself is an outstanding two-storey modern venue, with stained-glass windows, a lively reception area, and spacious studios. At the organic cafe at Triyoga you can get tea, coffee or delicious smoothies in the break, and they also do light lunches. There are also plenty of cafes nearby. Natural Childbirth courses near Waterloo and the Southbank (Central London)
 Our Hypnobirthing courses in Central London are held near the South Bank at the Union Jack Club, a very convenient location between Waterloo and Waterloo East Stations.The club has pleasant rooms available for our Hypnobirthing sessions, and the transport and parking situation is much easier for couples coming to their birthing classes in Central London. Couples can easily get here from anywhere in London and the surrounds, particularly areas served by the Jubilee, Northern and Bakerloo Lines, and Waterloo and Waterloo East stations. It is particularly straightforward from Clapham, Putney, Wimbledon, Bromley, Guildford, Surrey, Sussex, and the London suburbs. The classes are held on Sundays, so there are no parking restrictions and parking is easy. Tea and coffee are provided in the break, and there are plenty of cafes nearby for lunch. Update: We have also just added a course at The Royal Horseguards Hotel, which is a very fine building in a remarkably quiet location but extremely central. 'It is just across the river (on the north side) from Waterloo and overlooks the embankment gardens and the river. Also very convenient for the Jubilee, Northern, Bakerloo, District and Circle lines.

Courses in South West London, for Teddington, Kingston, Richmond and Twickenham
 For our Hypnobirthing courses in Middlesex we have a fantastic venue overlooking the River Thames at Hampton Wick, which is sandwiched between Kingston, Teddington, Richmond and Twickenham.
The Boat House is a lovely new venue incorporating a floor to ceiling view of the River Thames, a lovely light modern style, and all the facilities that we require for couples on our Hypnobirthing classes.
The location has become a favourite, and we are delighted to be offering this natural childbirth alternative to couples in Teddington, Kingston, Richmond and the surrounding areas.
There is plenty of free parking in the adjacent car park. Please use any space marked Added Value.
Tea and coffee are provided in the breaks, and there are plenty of places nearby where you can get lunch.

If you are based in Surrey or South London, then our course locations in either Teddington or on London's South Bank will be the easiest to get to.
Our Teddington venue is only yards from Kingston Bridge, and the South bank courses close to Waterloo, and therefore very easy for all lines running in from the South.

The Hypnobirthing Teacher Training course is a three part course, with the first part being an introduction to Hypnotherapy (for those who do not already have a training in Hypnotherapy or NLP), the second being a two day intensive workshop in Hypnobirthing so you can learn everything you need to know to teach this wonderful method successfully, and the third is a two day Birthing Foundation course to teach you about modern practice in pregnancy and birth (for those who are not a birth professional).
The course will be held at The Light Centre, a wonderfully peaceful and calm venue which is very conveniently situated only 5 minutes from Victoria Station.
