Here are a few tips to help you with the download and use of your Hypnobirthing or breastfeeding MP3 tracks form this web site.

Having completed your order you should recieve an email containing a download ID.

Where is my confirmation email?

The email system is slightly unreliable, with spam filters everywhere trapping spammers and legitimate emails alike.

Please check your junk mail or spam folders to see if the email has found its way in there.

If you have another confirmation email from The Hypnobirthing centre please add our email address to your contacts list, which should help messages to be delivered in the future.

Once you have your Download ID you can enter it on this page to begin your download.

Can I download tracks if I have not recieved the email?

Even without the confirmation ID you can still download your tracks.

This is the process:

1. First you need to log in to the web site, you should have set up an email and password during the purchase.
2. Link to the Log-in page.
3. Having logged in you can view your account details here, and at the bottom of this page are links to all your open orders.
4. Just click on each link to view details of the order.
5. At the bottom of the order page you can download your MP3 track.

I can't find my password to log-in with.

Use the lost password page and we'll show you how to re-set it.

(You will have to give us the email address that you registered with).

I still can't download my MP3 tracks.
